Anthony is a Certified Bankruptcy Law Specialist that has represented clients from a broad spectrum of industries, including charter airlines, real estate developers, governmental agencies, commercial and multi-family real estate owners and developers, retailers, and manufacturers. Anthony represents constituents on all sides of bankruptcy proceedings, including debtors, creditors, trustees, committees, and purchasers and sellers of distressed assets. Anthony understands that reorganizing a distressed company requires real world business savvy as well as sound legal guidance. When insolvency situations result in litigation, clients can depend on Anthony to be a tireless advocate. Anthony has significant experience defending and prosecuting companies and individuals in breach of contract, fraudulent transfer, preference, and breach of fiduciary duty litigation.

    Secured multimillion-dollar settlement for Litigation Plan Trustee in fraudulent transfer suit against a mining corporation.


    Secured multimillion-dollar settlement for Litigation Plan Trustee in breach of fiduciary duty action against multiple officers and directors.


    Achieved successful reorganization of telecommunications equipment manufacturing company in a contested confirmation proceeding.


    Successfully defended the chief operating officer of a national charter airline in a bankruptcy avoidance action.


    Represented agency advocating on behalf of California utility ratepayers in the Pacific Gas & Electric bankruptcy case.


    Represented multiple corporate defendants, including officers and directors, in the charter airline industry in a multimillion-dollar bankruptcy avoidance action.


    Achieved confirmation of a plan of reorganization that successfully restructured a multimillion dollar loan for prime commercial real estate in Sedona, Arizona.


    Secured a complete recovery for an agribusiness/agricultural real estate lender in a Chapter 12 proceeding through successful stay relief proceedings and settlement negotiations.


    Represented stalking horse purchaser in the successful purchase of a nationwide janitorial services business.


    Achieved confirmation of a creditor plan of organization for a homeowners association.


    Negotiated and drafted asset purchase agreements and related sale documents on behalf of clients purchasing or selling assets, both within and outside of bankruptcy in various industries.
